Nami Cart ships worldwide from our warehouse in Tokyo, Japan. We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days.

  • Standard Airmail: 7-14 business days. Tracking included.
  • Express courier (DHL/FedEx): 3-5 business days. Full tracking and insurance.

Please note that import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Nami Cart experience. If items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on snack items unless they are defective. Goods and decor items may be returned in unused condition within 30 days.
